If it's pure saline, yes. If it has ANY cleaning chemicals, then no. Personally I'd leave it alone. She'll fix it herself if it bothers her.

He'll be fine, just a little uncomfortable. It sounds like your cat has herpes (quite common in cats), which is an infection associated with an upper respiratory infection commonly known as a cold. My cat has the same thing; here eyes break out occasionally and get all teary. Some antibiotics from the vet will clear that right up. Your cat will have outbreaks in the future, but this illness isn't really dangerous unless it develops into URI. Good luck!

IF you can get it in her eye, plain saline solution won't do any harm, but I wouldn't use a combination disinfecting/rinsing solution-cats can be very sensitive to some peculiar things. If she's not bothered by it, it's perfectly fine to leave it alone, the act of blinking will move the hair out of the eye eventually.

yes- saline is fine for eyes- you can use it on any animal. She isn't going to like it, but it will be fine. Make sure it is just saline though- some contact solutions carry a bunch of more junk in them- which can not be used on a cat's eye.

Yeah, it's fine.
The cat will probably object to being wet though.
Try gently closing the lid with your finger and rub back and forth, like you do with your eye. That will move the hair to the side for easier removal.

No, your cat will remove this on her own...they have natural tears like humans except their's work much better! If you are that concerned please call your local vet or go on-line and search for answer from vets. Cat's eyes are very sensitive and they don't need our help.

Just wash his eye with ordinary water - warmish. Just the way you would with your own eye.

if it's not bothering her, let well enough alone. No, you cannot use saline solution on your cat's eyes. Now behave yourself!
