What does it mean if someone (guy) doesn't return your call? Should I ever call back?

We sorta had plans for tomorrow. I called him yesterday should I call back today?

Listennnn..... to ya boy. Guys don't call back, because (how do I put this hmmm) some want control and some just don't call its simple as that. But don't worry in fact some guys do that to make you think about them to test your relationship, but don't look to much into it. Just call him back but not to much becuase you look desperate and needy just call enough to show you still interested maybe twice a day but not to close together like at 5 and 9 or 4 and 7. Leave a little space so you seem interest but not hook. It ruins the chase.

Call back once, as he may have lost your number. Give him the benefit of the doubt, but if he doesn't call back again, forget about it.
