no money in the account, your account frozen, you did not have the right pin number.
Walmarts machines were not working properly, your bank accounts computer was down and they could not verify the account.

Try calling your bank. It's possible there is a temporary hold from their debit card prevention department. They probably need you to verify some transactions and they they will release the hold.

Insuffient funds. Or if you bought gas, they can charge up to $75 for a "hold" and it freezes up your money there was a big thing about that is the news a few months ago.

One of two reasons... There was a problem with the computer or phone line, or, you are overdrawn.

Call your bank ASAP.
