The Mastiff is the heaviest dog breed. The Tibetan Mastiff is the bulkiest dog breed.
Just so you know, the Great Dane is not the tallest dog breed. Yes, they are certainly very tall but they aren't the tallest. The Irish Wolfhound is the tallest dog breed.

actually the tallest breed is the irish wolfhound and then the great dane and the heaviest would be the the English Mastiff -- nicknamed the gentle giant -- and the Saint Bernard are generally considered the heaviest breeds. The Mastiff generally comes in at about 180 pounds for grown dogs, but some experts say that they can be as heavy as 220 pounds. In comparison, Saint Bernard males can be 184 pounds and up..

By weight it is the English Mastiff (I think the record is a male that weights over 320 lbs). Danes hold most of the records for height, but Irish Wolfhounds are generally bigger than Danes.

Mastiffs, Great Danes, and Saint Bernards are all very large dog breeds. However, I think the Borezoid is the largest. It is very lanky and tall.
