Well she works at this place I know and its always busy so I never have any alone time with her to actually ask her out. What should I do?

well, when you see her (whenever that is, morning noon night) just give her a smile and make some eye contact. start by simply asking her how she is every now and then. after a few days maybe a week or so of showing her that you are interested, start to talk to her more if you can. get a few words in and once the crowd starts to pick up say you enjoyed the conversation and would like to see her again some time. give her your number if she seems interested, but don't push her into it either. good luck!

send flowers to her work with a card that says will you go out with me and write your phone number on it.
