It depends on the bank. Some banks send a default PIN before you get the card, some send it after. They do not send them together for security reasons. It could be anywhere from 1-4 days on either side of getting the card.
However, several banks are now not even sending PIN Numbers. You have to go to a bank or through the on-line banking and select a PIN when you activate your card. You need to check with your bank on how they do it.

It's typically a few days to a week to get your credit card PIN. A lot depends on how fast the credit card company sends them and how often.

If the company sends you a pin number it generally doesn't take very long.
There are quite a few companies that will not automatically send a pin number, it has to be requested.

Credit and Debit usually takes between 1-4 days, for security purposes, you can run it as credit until then, or if you want a cash advance you can always go inside the bank to do that.
