I have a co worker who came to me at the end of my shift, he c/o suddenly feeling "unwell" he started sweating suddenly, had mild blurry vision (stated "i can't focus") and I noticed his hands were signifigantly red. BP 152/90, blood sugar 85, T 98.4. HR 100. Face appeared flushed. Any ideas?

He definitely is hypertensive. He should get a cardiac physical before returning to work- a stress test. It sounds like he has a possible heart blockage...

appears like the initiating of a foul migraine. they'd reason imaginative and prescient issues and spots or waves till now the eyes. in case you haven't got a migraine then i could be somewhat in touch. If it occurred back i think of i could pass to the dr. just to be certain there wasn't the rest incorrect.
