No. Canines (dogs, coyotes, foxes, wolves, etc) do not carry any lentiviruses. Felines (housecats, leopards, lions, hyaenas, pumas, etc) carry a wide variety of lentiviruses (each specific to the cat species it infects).

Lentiviruses are VERY host species specific. The feline viruses cannot infect human or other primate cells.

Dogs can suffer from a verity of diseases, but AIDS is not one of them.
The STD that it is possible to catch from a dog is brucellosis, which also can not be cured.

no dogs don't get fip, that is a cat disease and humans can't give animals diseases like that and neither can animals give it to humans. You shouldn't even think that way.
