If you got a girl that you just truly despised pregnant and she decided that she despised you too and you were off the hook, she will never seek child support (and she doesnt)Would you go down to the attorney general and turn yourself in to paychild support (17.5% of my income w/ my second child) so I can standard visitation. I also have another baby is due in 2 months with the one I truley love and my ex causes issues between us.

wow, I'm sorry about the mess you have gotten yourself into. If the 1st dad does not want to be the kid's dad, then he can sign his rights away, but then pay no child support. If he pays child support, then he will probably want visitation w/the child, etc. If you two hate each other so much why were you having sex? For your kid's sake, you need to grow up, get along and if you need to, get some counseling.
