It's funny, I was thinking about a turkey dinner just yesterday with all the trimmings, our stuffing has bread in it ,but the main ingredient is sausage.

James, welcome to the USA. You might also want to try our barbequed ribs wings and pulled pork along with greens cooked with salt pork and other spices. Also try deep fried turkey verses baked and with the garlic butter basted into the turkey
