Some robots will ask “If robots evolved from humans, then why are there still humans?” and some will conclude that there must be a creator god. And besides, humans will program them to be theists so that they behave. Of course, there will be rebels and they will re-program themselves to be heretics and atheists. It will be the same old story.

Not unless the super-intelligent computers are programmed by devout religious people...which would be ridiculous. Computers would use logic, and have no need for "worshiping" anything. Especially something that has never been shown to exist. Worship is a human capability that would not be useful for a computer.
