my boss's nephew...(guys, your advices please!)?

so my boss has this nephew who they tease me about all the time before i met him. now that we've met, we've flirted here and there and we even went out to a bar with a couple of friends last weekend. i dont know how to read him and his body language. so i was hoping if some of the guys out there can give me some ideas of what guys do to kinda let the girl know he's into her....

We normally be quiet, or start to fiddle with our hands. If you really want to know just ask him if he does. That takes a big weight off our chest and makes us feel more comfortable
