Spot reducing body fat is a myth. Crunches aren't going to melt the fat. You need to lower your daily calories OR do 40+ minutes of cardio 5x a week.
You may not be "obese", but there are lots of "skinny" fat people when you look at bodyfat %. These people are generally sedentary and have little muscle mass and tone. They eat what they want and don't exercise. But it does catch up to them, hence all the people you see in their 30's that have plumped out.

Walk and lose the stress pudge in the middle. You can do crunches for those, but usually the pudge likes to stick around in your ab section because of stress. I can suggest, as you are walking to hold your ab muscles in for a count of 20 intervals and then release. Depending on how long you walk. Say its an hour, do that at least 5 times during your walk. Lighten the stress load in your life, also. If you drink beer try tapering down on that, also. Drinking and then sleeping not so good, just as eating and then going to immediately, sleeping is not. Doing so, gives your body a chance to absorb useless fats and carbs and no way to burn them off. All the best.

i have the same problem. everyone always tells me im so skinny but i do see some pudge..
its just that every girl is self concience about their weight, no matter how many times you're told your skinny.
i recently started playing lacrosse and i do 50 sit-ups and 20 push-ups at practice and when i get home i do 50 sit-ups and 20 more push-ups. it really helps, so just set a goal and stick with it
good luck =)

i dont' know, but i know that the rebounder(mini-trampoline) is a super great simple work out, it exercises all the cells in the body, 10 minutes a day. healthy is important, most people seem to always want to change one more thing, people have different healthy body weights. the book "natural cures they dont' want you to know about" by kevin trudeau will explain every weight mystery. sorry is i went on to long. good luck.
