Absolutely! I invite people all of the time. When you find something that is really great and really helps you get through life it's only natural to want to share it with others. If I see a really good movie isn't it natural for me to tell others about that movie? Or if I find a store with really good deals isn't it a natural thing to tell others about it? Just because you visit a church doesn't mean that you have to join it. You should give it a try....what's the worst thing that could happen?

I think it's pretty normal. I've had people invite me to their churches throughout my life. From the time I was 8, and even one invite last year. I always politely decline. I suppose though, if I'd never had that happen to me, I might think it was a bit strange, too.

I have invited friends to go to church with me often. It doesn't 'mean' anything. I just invite them to come, enjoy the service, meet new people.

Our church has awesome music and great messages. We also have a really nice coffee shop with lattes and good breakfast options. It's actually a really nice place to invite someone. You might as well give it a try.

Yes it is normal! I invite people all the time because I want them to feel welcomed there. You should go, at least once.

I believe that it means that your friend cares about your spiritual life/soul.

Don't go. Your friend is trying to get Jesus to "save your soul."
