There was a reason the flirt was invented!! So go out there and flaunt what you got and show him your good side. Then just go up to him and with confidence say "I really like you" or something of that nature!! Good luck!!

1. You talk to him and tell him what you like about him and why you are attracted to him. :)
2. Show him by doing things for him..spending time with him...things that he likes/join in his hobbies.

Just let the person know how you feel. If you are not comfortable letting them know then let them feel it by being flirtatious. Just be yourself.
