hmmm..well you're a guy right? well i mean you're probably not into make-up so thats probablly out of the question...
but you should see a doc. for these kind of things... [dermatologist] that's probably the best way to go...

Sounds like your skin is sensitive, like mine. I have learned to use products that don't contain soap or fregrances, good moisturizers, etc. Also, taking the proper vitamins and supplements to help to obtain complete nutrition...and wearing sunblock has helped a great deal.

check this site for supplements and vits: rebeccatroyer.gnld.net it's all natural. Also, I use aveeno sunblock spray and Purpose face wash.
