You can, but you'll lose all your data, it involves a reformat and a fresh install.

Yep. Just format and re-install XP. The file system is the same (NTFS), but slightly modified. Shouldn't be a problem.

Yes, as long as you have the WinXP CD and it is legitimate with the product key.
