Well depending on your personality, just for fun you could go ice skating, a day at the park or beach, or maybe an amusement park.
If you're more romantic, you could cook him dinner and invite him over.
It depends on what you guys are into.

if u really like him u should go to a restaurant or a walk in the park orf if u live by water a walk on the beach. Or u could go to the movies.
