Quest, Verizon or Comcast

IMO, Comcast.

I've had both Verizon and Comcast and found their systems to have the least failures. I've had no experience with Quest as it's not offered on the coast. My only reservation against Comcast is that on the few occasions where Comcast has had a problem, it took a long time to correct it. But it has still had significantly less downtime than Verizon. And they recently upgraded their system on the coast and it is now even faster than the Verizon ones (it was faster before too).
