There are many temples of Shanideva in India.
Famous is Shani Signapur in Maharastra.
One big at simrol near Indore M.P.

I am unaware of yantra shani. But there is a place in Tamilnadu, near Trichy[Tiruchirapalli] reachable in 2 hours ,which is very
famous for Shani Doshams etc.,It is called as "TIRUNALLAR
SANEESWARAR TEMPLE". Of course, you must be knowing that
"THIRINALLAR" is about 6 hours journey from Chennai.
