I never feel this way. All day I've just felt anxious and like I have something important to do or to be nervous about, like I'm about to do a presentation or something but I'm not. I also feel like my heart is beating faster today. I even had that gut sick feeling like my stomach hurt and I like I needed to use the bathroom ( you know when you get scareed and you get stomach cramps and need to use the bathroom? Thats how I felt) Why do I feel this way? What can I do to not feel this way??

I have felt that way for the last 3 days too. I think part of it is because the weather got so nice and sunny, after months of snow, and I've started to think about all the things that need done, all the things I want to do once Spring is here, all those things that have to get done. It's exciting to have plans, but sometimes it's a bit overwhelming.

When I feel that way, I make lists. Putting things down on paper allows me to stop going over them in my mind. Then I don't feel so frantic about remembering them.

Then again, I've had stomach symptoms too so I'm wondering if it's not a virus of some kind. Stranger things have happened!

Are you in your teens? (don't answer that) If so, Sudden mood swings are common because of hormones. Exercise might calm you down, or if that's not your thing, try doing some deep breathing & centering exercises. If you're in pain, ask for some Advil. You might be getting your period.

I would definetly monitor the way you feel for awhile. Our minds and bodys sometimes have reactions and make us feel certain ways for whatever reasons. In the mean-time "just relax".If you get too uncomfortable, see a doctor.Good luck

You could have had too much caffeine, gotten a short stomach virus, anything is possible.
