What kind of viniger and oil are you saposed to use on salads?

Actually a good olive oil is good for you, but in small portions, no more then 1 or 2 tsp a day. Mix it with some balsamic vinegar, and it's not too bad....One of my favorite dressings is Paul Newman's Balsamic Vinaigrette. Just remember when using dressings to use portion control.

Olive oil and red vinegar ( or 1/2 red vinegar mixed with 1/2 basalmic vinegar).

I would skip the oil, a good balsamic vinegar is nice.

some people use straight up balsamic vinegar
