If you have the munchies, but you're watching your calorie intake, have some carrot or celery sticks; pickles are also a good substitute. Fruits are also filling (bananas, melons, oranges and apples are always good), but try to avoid those that are high in sugar (fruitcups are out). Nuts are also good, but pick those that have less salt. I also find that protein cereals with non-fat milk fill me up pretty quick.

Chocolate is the answer to everything! You just feel better after a good piece of chocolate - but make sure it is an organic chocolate, big difference between that and the regular cheap stuff. Do a taste test, you will see.

Other than that, carrots are good crunching, and seedless grapes or Clementines are all good!

Nacho cheese Doritos are the top shelf of munchies. Millions of pot smokers can't be wrong. Other Doritos, Cheetos, and Fritos are acceptable substitutes.

either cheese or peanutbutter with crackers the protien will make u feel full longer and it feels like your eating a snack with the crispy crackers

i love carrots!
jelly beans, french fries, lettuce, trail mixes, apple juice, nachoes, cotten candy, lemen tart cake, strawberries with whipped cream, gum!

Special K cereals or bars, Beef jerky, apples and cheese slices, toast with jam :) :) :) :)

healthy food, i'm guessing?... bran muffins, carrots, dipping fruit into yogurt, popcorn, fat free low sodium crackers...dark chocolate (i eat dark chocolate b/c i'm not crazy about it so i dont overdo it, but it satisfies my sweet tooth)
