in 3 months please! safe and i go to school too! i'm in 6th grade!(can't join sport, cuz we don't have it) please help me! 15lbs would be great!

you have to find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight. take 300-400calories off that number and thats how much you need to lose weight the healthy way.
8 glases of water a day
5-8 servings of fruits and veggies a day
cardio 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
(you can run, swim, hike, jog etc whatever makes you sweat)

I don't understand how some people can tell you to lose weight ..You're still growing just because right now you might feel you fat doesn't mean you are... You re 14 I'm also 4'10 and the docs say that according to my height I should be around 100-125 don't do any thing drastic you may regret it in the end.. just make sure to eat fruit veggies and limit your soda intake

alright basically you want to eat healthy and boost your metabolism. but instead of just tellin ya that i'm gonna give ya a few pointers on doin so. try eliminating things like sugars(pop candy junk food) also try decreasing carbs but not by a lot your 13 a hardcore diet is not a good idea. eat healthy fats which should make up 20-30% of your caloric intake and eat plenty of protein. stay well hydrated. and exercise(boosts your metabolism) a good way to lose weight during cardio is a medium length session of medium intensity(your 13 i'm not real sure what that'd be for you). but about 30 minutes of cardio 3 or 4 times a week medium intensity. that will boost your metabolism and release fat burning hormones. weight lifting is combined with a diet is better for metabolism(a high intensity weight lifting session will boost your metabo for up to a few days) and if you find sugars unbearable to resist drink sobe no fear energy drinks they're full of stuff thats good for ya(creatine glutamine inositol taurine ginseng l-carnintine). anyhow best of luck to ya any questions email me.

you dont need to lose weight because u weigh fine for ur age. but you can walk more and eat small meals to lose weight. good luck!!!
