Why dont u take action and see what will happens next? I think maybe he is waiting for u or worst yet.. he maybe gay- if he still doesnt want it after that. ;)

I doubt he's playing a game if he's been in it for a year! You should look at how you feel for him, and how well you know him and decide. Most guys won't stick around for a year just for sex they're not getting. He obviously cares about you.

It could be both ways it could be, he's just playing the game till he gets what he wants or it could just be that he has respect and is willing to wait until you're ready. If he is willing to wait for you then you could say it's love.

it is a game ,, dont let him win,, dont have sex with someone till you are sure and in a permenant relationship has a adult. having sex with someone means a commitment in my book your not old enough i believe to be thinking like that
