they said that the more you expose yourself to cellphones, the more you`re susceptible to brain cancer. How true is it?

Some people say its true, some do not. if you talk on your cell phone, 24/7, and i know people who talk for 14 hours a day, 7 days a week, then you are more likely of getting damage to your brain. and sometimes its better to talk on speaker phone!

Generally people who talk on cell phones all the time have no brain cells. So this is like a catch 22 question.

yes, they have done studies. I used a cell phone for one year and I notice the difference.

recent studies have shown that there is no proof that cell phones do any damage to people.

yes that is true but the percentage is very less. but it doesn't mean that it doesn't happen.
