Sleeping pills are okay, however there's always the risk of dependency. I am also a little bit of an insomniac, LOL! Try a natural alternative...Celestial Seasonings brand-Chamomile Tea..my favorite is Honey Vanilla chamomile an old favorite, just drink about one hour before u want to go to sleep..not addicting and there are different flavors. You can get it in any grocery or health food store.

Well, you could easily get Tylenol PM's without a prescription, and they aren't found to be addictive, so I would suggest those.
