I'm a little confused..?

This guy isn't the kind of person who likes girl. He's the kind of person that just thinks girls are hot and moves on in like 5 seconds. So why is he always hanging around me? I mean, I'm the hottest girl in my class (I don't think so but everyone else does...) And today he said i was really sexy then he just came out of nowhere and hugged me. does he like me?
