Am getting married next month and my bachelorette party is next saturday. My fiancee said he would like to attend the party.I told him that the party was for girls only and jokingly said he could attend if he let me dress him up as a girl.Surprisingly he agreed.I guess he assumed that I would let him of with some unisex outfit and he could enjoy himself amongst all the girls.
But I think I am within my rights if I dress him real girlie.
What should I make him wear?
I am basically from India but settled in the US.I would be ok even if you guys suggested outfits from India.
Anything....am open to ideas.

I was just discussing this with my friend, who is the ultimate prankster. She thinks I tell him its ok to attend the party, provided he attends it as a 100% woman and if he drives up to the place on his own. If he agrees, dress him up as girlie as possible and then give him the wrong address.

It would hurt to let him attend your bachelorette party, as long as he keeps his promise & you dress-up as a girl. You should dress him up real sexy & then take him for a girl's night out after the party.

Do you really want him hanging around for the whole thing? Will he let you attend his bachelor party and stay the whole evening, even dressed as a guy? This whole thing sounds a little weird and I think that long after the joke is stale, you're going to regret not having a night of fun and camaraderie with your girlfriends. You'll be with him for the rest of your life, but once you and all your girlfriends begin to marry and have children and settle down, you'll be surprised at how many of these friendships will be reduced to periodic phone calls just to keep in touch mainly just because you all won't have the time or energy for a good ol' night on the town.

I think you're totally missing the point of a bachelorette party! Be careful that you keep your own group of friends just for you and have your own interests. Does he need to be there all the time? This is the ONE NIGHT he is NOT supposed to be there! Have fun with your girlies!

I mean at first your question sounded kind of funny, but really it is just a bit weird and sad that you will be together on this night. It's like you CAN'T be away from him: not healthy.

HOW CAN HE ATTEND YOUR PARTY AS "100%" WOMAN??? ARE YOU GOING TO CASTRATE HIM?

Hmm I think letting your husband attend your bachelorette party, may be a bad idea. A bachelorette party is the last night for you to go out and be wild away from your husband. I think if he goes to your party you should be allowed to go to his party.

Definitely a no-no. ^^

It's ladies' night and he's the very person that shouldn't be there. ^^ You'll be married to him in your lifetime, so I do think it's best for you to have this party without him. ^^

What's the use of having a ladies' night when you have your fiance invited too? ;) In my opinion, it just doesn't make sense. ^^

Dress him up to your liking when you're both alone together in one room. ^^ That'd be much better for privacy. ^^ You get to be the only person that sees him like that. It's a special memory, right? ;)

SIDE NOTES: I don't think it's right to have him in the party with all the ladies there, don't you think so? You'll never know... one of the ladies might get the hots for him. LOLz!! Especially when everyone's drunk. I'm imagining... one guy and all the ladies?? Nahhh.. I'd rather have my guy alone with me... all to myself... bwahaha!!! ;)

no. This is your last time out as a single girl. Trust me you do not want him there. I had a blast at my bacholerette party. It was one of the last times I have gotten to spend that much time with my friends all at once. Enjoy it while you can.

Well... the fact that he doesn't want to let you go out for one night without him means you have a bigger problem than this query. My fiance wouldn't even ask. It isn't appropriate at all. You deserve to have a great night out with your friends and he can hear about it when you get home!

Its a bachelorette party. He needs not attend period.....dressed as a girl or guy.
That is your time with the girls and he should butt out.
Would u attend his bachelor party?
Same difference.
Personally, my fiance would NOT attend my party, regardless of his dress.
Sounds like he is untrusting as to what your plans are to me. I would be a little leary on marrying the guy if he feels he needs to spy to see whats going on with u.
Just my opinion, but its not normal for him to want to attend.
Think about it.............Good luck.

I'd let him come to the festivities but ask him to give you some girls time as the evening progresses. You are entitled to your alone time and he shouldn't need to cling to you and butt in on that or you should reconsider your marriage. Giving your partner breathing space is important and he should be able to respect that with ease. Also, if he comes to yours, you should go to his, no arguments!! Dressing him up is a wonderful idea!! Give him a sari and a wig, it'll be great.
