Losing that much weight in that short of time is not healthy for you. It's recommended that you lose 1-2 pounds a week. Try eating healthy, if you're not already. Also, excercise helps a lot.

Well, there are a lot of ways to lose 20 lbs in 5 weeks. Like Atkins, Slim-fast diet. But with extreme diets you are risking gaining it right back as soon as you touch food that is not allowed on those diets.
Ultimatly, the best way to lose weight fast and keep it off is thru eating healthy. Healthy protein, like chicken breast and fish and lots of veggies and fruits. Also exercise is key, don't overwhelm yourself and start a 7 day exercise plan. Start off every other day.

Well you can try to drink protien shakes. You got to be really deticated and also doctors checkin up on you. It is fast. I think you can lose that wight in about 3 weeks. I did it (with my mom watchin me and the doctor) only for a week and i lost like nine pounds. You can also try not eating all that junk food. To me it's pretty gross. And you gotta stay away from fast food. But if you can't help eating something that you know is bad for you try to eat the smallest amount of it. So drink at least one protien shake and that will be a meal. Good Luck.

It depends on your current weight. If you are just 20 pounds overweight, it will be much harder for you to take it off than if you were 50 pounds overweight. I would do what the celebrities do....spend 3-4 hours each day exercising and eat a healthy diet. Don't starve yourself or anything. You can do it if you put your mind to it.

eat all the fruit and veggies you want and drink plenty of water. eat the veggies with lite dressing and if you cook them use just a little fat. good luck

cut back on the calories and double up on the exercise...the hard part isn't losing it...it's keeping it off once it's gone...it's all mental...if you are mentally strong, you can do it.
