i told him that i dont like it when he is so shy and he said that he will try to talk more but he doesnt know why he gets so tince around me. why do u think he gets so tince around me?

okay
i've had somewhat of the same problem
just talk to him more
make him feel 'comfortable' persay
but you cant just tell him to loosen up or become less shy
he has to do it himself
just be with him more
and talk to him as a bit of a friend for a while (See if that helps)

I think it's very sweet and eventually he wont be shy. If you are willing to be patient, wait for him to open up. If you don't really like him too much, dump him. You should be happy. Do what feels right.
