I was on this site just now http://www.bankrate.com/brm/news/cc/20040116b2.asp#nv
and I live in Nevada. It says the SOL on "open accounts including credit cards" is 4 years, and the SOL on written contracts is 6 years. Does the 4 year SOL include CLOSED credit cards or do they fall under written contracts at that point?
