Hate, maybe not. Afraid, yes. I'm 17. I've taken nothing but perscription and OTC medications my whole life, and have never did illegal drugs, or overdosed on medicinal drugs. And yet, there's times I find myself indulging in things, like food for example. Henceforth, I've only had a small glass of Chardoney this one time my parents were playing cards with some friends. Now, I've pretty much always followed the law to the letter. But College offers the possibility of alcohol being readily avalible. And frankly, I'm scarred. I'm afraid that I'll fall in love with its effect, and like those times when I overindulged in food (which happen, but thankfully aren't that often), I'll end up indulging in too much alcohol. And then bad things will happen 10 times as bad as overeating, like doing things I would never do sober, as well as negative aftereffects. And even if I end up hating alcohol (I hate losing control), I'm kind of afraid I'll be more or less pressured into drinking, and if that happens, I might lose myself. I don't want to lose myself.

I don't hated it, but I can't drink it in much grater quantity than 3 glasses a year , you see I suffer from chronic migraines at a rate of once every second day for the past 44 years , so alcohol is an inducer of more headaches and also is a bad mixture with the prescription drugs .

As mentioned eariler H-E-L-L NO! I'm 22 and I drink everyday 7 days a week 365 days a year and I love it. Have no friends, Family despises me "other than my mother". No Licence permently "A rack of DWI charges". But *** all of that.{ I've got a hundered dollars smokin in my billfold... I know I otta save it but it's burnin a hole... Right through my pocket and in to my skin... Come monday morning I'll be broke again!!!}

I love it but it hates me and ruins lives literally.. Alcohol has caused me so many problems and I am only 19. I honestly have lost friends, lost boyfriends, seriously hurt myself, gotten rides home from strangers, woke up in places I didn't know, started huge fights, punched my friends for absolutely no reason.. and you know what people do including me do they drink to forget about what they did. I did I would get so depressed over some guy who I liked who didn't want me back ( bc I was a drunk) then I would get drunk go to a party and ***** him out until the next morning when I would wake up humiliated... Needless to say alcohol caused me so many problems BUT I love it right?? Well like 3 months ago I got so drunk I don't even remember driving but I hit a telephone pole, continued to drive, hit a speed sign, hit an electric box, then drove into trees and rolled down a hill, according to the police report my car was leaking extensive amounts of gas and a motorist helped me out of my car window... I went to the hospital and got some stitches my arms were pretty cut up but honestly I saw my car and don't know how I am ok.. and I know people hit trees and die or a telephone pole and die and I hit EVERYTHING except another car THANK GOD!! Its like so awful that I did this imagine waking up the next morning and realizing what you did its like awful I just felt so bad like innocent people die all the time and I was so drunk I didn't even know I was driving I thought I was still in my friends car and she was the one who crashed..Anyways I got a DUI have to go to AA lost my license for 210 days am on probation for a year and I cant drink anymore even if I wanted to because I have to take random drug and alcohol tests. I am so use to partying I miss it and I do miss alcohol alot but it is evil because you love it so much but it hates you and ruins your life.. I am lucky I know. I am just trying to figure out what to do with myself now I am so bored and have all this free time when I would usually be out drinking.. So to end my long saga I don't hate alcohol but I wish I did and I need to start hating it

I do not like the taste of alcohol..Never really have..
When I was younger I would drink just cause everyone else did..
But now..give me a coke..
