Ok so i need to lose 10 lbs and i really want to do it before summer but i've tried every fad diet and i CANNOT stick to it! I'm motivated for a couple of days but then i just cant handle not being able to eat certain foods. I workout 4-5 days a week and have for a couple months but i'm not seeing any results. I eat pretty healthy for breakfast and lunch but then i come home and my fiance cooks awesome dinners and i tend to eat more to compensate for the two healthy meals i've eaten! its terrible i know but i need advice on what i should do!

okay, you don't have to go on a diet.just make your portions smaller, and if you can take small snacks to work... such as yogurt, fruit and maybe even slim fast...but you need to watch your portions and eat health.more veggies fruits and less pork and beef if you eat that.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Get started today!

There are many techniques i heard one is to try To eat this special k cereal it really does make the pounds drop within weeks...Also most of the waste in your body is water weight and things that just need to get out so try cleaning your system or even go on a meat streak and no meat for one week and a half all greens and WATER no soda that fat in a bubbly form

You could alter your workout a little bit. Maybe start to lift weights if you're not already doing that. It will help tone your body. Also, most doctors suggest eating 5 and maybe 6 smaller healthy meals versus 3 big meals.

OK if you want to lose weight you need to exercise daily. Running for 20min will make you lose your 10lbs in one month even if you are not on strict diet. After you gain the desire weight then you drop the running to 3 times a week . Running will keep the fat off for ever.

that's totally nicely some aspects choose some fixing. Like: The lunch seems somewhat heavy. purely a million cup. Rice and hen have fatty carbs. The after college situation seems extra like a dinner. it somewhat is too heavy. that's meant to an after college snack. Make your after college snack a granola bar and grapes or some thing. i do no longer see any water on your plan! ascertain you're eating a number of of water/ flavored water and much less soda and juices!

A healthy alternative to dieting, a weight loss coach, and something to keep you from over-indulging at dinner.

I know of just the program, I used it to lose 30 pounds in 1 month.

But unfortunately I can share the name of it here.

exercise daily, and as long as u consume less calories then u normally would in a day, then the pounds will melt off! :)
jsut eat healthy, u dont need to deprive urself either, becasue trust me tah never works, and if u do do that then in a week ull just go crazy for everything that u gave up... so jsut eat healthy and exercise, and like i said about the calorie thing! trust me it works! :)

Sounds like you know what to do... it's just a matter of will power. I have the same problem- just 10 damn pounds, and I'd look GREAT!!

I think dieting is one of those things that you just wake up one day and you're like, "I will do this."

For me, the hardest part is the first day. After that, it's smooth sailing.

Good luck.
