Take a gold ring or any gold plated jewelry and rub it on your forehead. If it leaves a black mark, you have an iron deficiency.

The primary symptom is fatique. Another is a pale look.
The nausea could be related to the cause of the iron deficiency, such as a bleeding ulcer.

You become anemic. This means a low iron count in your blood. A simple blood test confirms this disorder. The Doc. will stuff you with iron pills and make you turn into Popeye's wife eating spinach morning noon and night.

Its called anemia.......externally you will usually feel very tired, weak and even faint. On the inside it causes your red blood cells to become a little deformed because inside your red bloods cell s you have hemoglobine, and hemoglobine is made up of 4 molecules of iron which is what allows the oxygen you breath to attach itself to your red blood cells and carry it throughout your body. But when there is a lack of iron in your blood, your hemoglobine kinda "shrivels up" causing a deformity in your red blood cells ( thats how we can identify it by viewing your blood under a microscope) But dont worry, your body is constantly producing new red blood cells and when your iron intake increases back to normal your cells will also be back to normal.
