So basically I am trying to lose 30 pounds but my sweet tooth keeps making the number on the scale rise. I bought a 100 Calorie Variety pack today (oreo crisp, chocolate chip cookie crisp, and shortbread cookies) The oreo one only has 2 grams of fat and 9 grams of sugar, which compared to my late night sweet cravings is a gift from God ;)
So basically my question is, Can i lose my planned weight (around 3 pounds a week) if i exercise, keep my calories at 100 (i had 926 today w/ the snack pack), and have a snack pack maybe 3-4 times a week?
Thank you!

yes you most certainly can. in all honest you can eat the piece of chocolate cake or snickers you want just eat it in moderation. take the snickers bar eat half and then put the other half away, and you will still lose weight. the 100 calorie packs are a gift from god cause they're just as good as the real thing and your eating the recommend amount see what i'm getting at . . . . . it's the amount you eat. and please eat more then 900 calories a day!!!!! even on a diet you should still be eating at least 1200 calories a day my friend. don't starve yourself or you'll just gain it all back plus some. try the slim fast bars they are delicious and help with the sweet tooth tremendously!!!!

The best way to lose weight is to give your body the calories it needs, but not so many that your body can't burn them off in a day's work. 1000 calories is too few. Your body will go into starvation mode. Not only will you feel tired, weak and cranky, but you're body might not lose any weight at all.
Give yourself 1500 calories a day, don't eat for three hours before you go to bed, and get 30 minutes of exercise 3 to 4 times a week. Listen to your body. If you're hungry on 1500 calories, increase it to 1700. If you still hungry, go up to 2000. Women who work out regularly often need 2000 to 2400 calories a day, depending on weight. Your body needs food. Good food like fruit, veggies, lean meats, peanut butter, whole grains, and water. Give it what it needs and love your body at every size.
When I have late night cravings, I have a cup of hot milk with a bit of honey in it and don't worry about those calories. It hits the spot and provides an extra boost of calcium.

eating that little...its comming back!!!
you have to find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight. take 300-400calories off that number and thats how much you need to lose weight the healthy way.
8 glases of water a day
5-8 servings of fruits and veggies a day
cardio 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
its healthy to lose 1-2lbs a week, not more.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!
