Don't worry: I'm not planning on smoking up. I was just wondering what happens, in comparison to, say, underage drinking laws. Fines? Court times? Community service?

You get arrested, if it's alot it's a felony. Either way your getting handcuffed.

um... first offense most kids just get arrested then have a court date for community service or something.
