Well, there are several ways this can be accomplished.
First method.
Put your mouse cursor over the image.
Right click, choose 'Properties'. The url to the image should appear on the bottom of the box.
Highlight the url, right click, select 'copy'.
Paste the url on the address bar and the image should appear.
Put the cursor over the image and save as you normally would.
Second method:
Align the webpage to where the image is where you want it.
Press and hold down the 'Alt' key, then press the 'Print Screen' key.
Open Paint.
Click on the dashed box looking icon on the toolbox. (Upper right on the top)
Right click and select 'paste' anywhere in the drawing area.
Some cropping will be necessary to achieve the picture only as the whole screen has been captured.
Third Method
As a matter of course, the image is already on your hard drive. Click on the 'Tools' option on IE. Then select 'Internet Options'.
Under Temporary Internet Files, click on 'Settings', then click on 'View Files'.
This will open the folder, 'Temporary Internet Files'.
You can find your file there.

Get Firefox and you can prevent Javascript from disabling your right click context menu.
You can also get a program called Irfan View which will not only allow you to past the image from the print screen function but allow you to crop it to, so you're left with only the part of the screen capture you want.

If using Windows, download a free image viewer called irfanview. It features a screen capture utility which will allow you to save your screen shot in jpg format. I've found it very useful on a number of occasions.
Hope this helps.
