Try drinking Brewer's Yeast or a B complex vitamin. Even if you don't excersize, Brewer's Yeast will help u maintain your levels. It comes in the form of a powder or capsules. Take my advice & pop the pills. The powder is nasty. The Vitamin Shoppe brand, u only have to drink 6 pills , but it's 8 with GNC version... and don't forget to drink calcium with it....very important with females.
