I've been seeing this guy for almost five months. I compliment him on lots of things – I'll tell him I really like a shirt he's wearing, or how sexy I think he is, etc. I'm a really open person, so I just say whatever I'm thinking at the time, and when I'm with him I'm usually thinking of how I like something about him, so I say it out loud. But I've been noticing that he almost never compliments me back. In fact, I can think of only one time that he actually complimented me – it was on my outfit. Does anyone else think this is weird? What should I do?

Maybe he is just not a complimenting guy. Maybe he already thinks you are gorgeous and that you know he feels that way and he doesn't feel like he needs to say it.

Dont worry, maybe he's just not liking your outfits you're wearing, so he has nothing positive to say to you. Or sometimes people just dont compliment people, even when they like your shirt or something. You should tell him about this problem because its bugging you.

Maybe he has never been exposed to that kind of openness.Help him to learn how to be more open with things IF he is comfortable with that.Help instead of criticize.(for what he doesn't do)

unfortunately it is a man thing,we tend to take woman for granted.but you are right we should be more complimentary
