with enough modification you could stick a rolls royce merlin engine (old airplane engine) in it if you wanted to (about 3x.x liters).

id imaging an LS7 (7 liters) would actually be lighter than an RB skyline engine, and put down significantly more power. Prob would be lighter than the 350z engine too.

If you know how to fab the engine bay there is no limit !
Hell ! you give me a "BLUE WRENCH" And a Wire feed and I'll put a G.D. Chevy 350 in that sukka for ya !
