you ask a ridiculous question then want only positive responses. you can't have it both ways.
you may lose scale "weight" but your body fat will remain the same at best at worst it will increase as lean muscle mass is sacrificed. the body just does not release fatty acids to be metabolized when it is in starvation mode, it never has and it never will.
the focus should be on changing the body composition not just on decreasing numbers on the scale.

ok- yes, you will lose alot of weight in five weeks by eating and doing those things. but i happen to have a little experience in the weight- loss area- it really is not food for your bod if you're using a appetite supressant AND only eating half of the calories you need in a day. if you want to lose the same weight in the same time, do it the healthy way. you working out is awesome- that is smartness right there. but you should work on shedding the fat and gaining lean muscle (not body- builder style, just getting in shape and great stomach/ abbs). it will look amazing, plus working this way will help you to keep most of the weight off after you stop (if you do) your diet.
if you seem to like how this sounds, then listen. eat ALOT of proteins, few carbs, and lean, green vegetables. you can still use the vital hoodia- it will definately help- but a good, healthy mix of lean chicken and turkey, lettuce, crackers, and meal/ nutrition bars will do wonders on your health and body. trust me- it worked a miracle on me when i had to lose 15 lbs. in a month for a dance comp.
but if you are eating the way you are and working out, the excercise has no good proteins to turn into lean muscle! and the lean muscle replaces fat, so you will be stuck with the same problem a few days after you are done.
good luck! this plan might be strict, but trust me- it REALLY pays off in the end. <33

Actually you would do better by working out 30 minutes each day than 2 hours twice a week. Doing it everyday like that will jump start your metabolism and make it easier to eat less.
I can tell from your question that you know this is not the best way to lose weight, but I understand that you want to lose it fast for a special occasion or something. I am sure you will be fine. You will be able to lose 20 pounds in five weeks. Just be careful not to gain it back afterwards.
Good luck to you.

people in coma get more calories a day...
you have to find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight. take 300-400calories off that number and thats how much you need to lose weight the healthy way.
8 glases of water a day
5-8 servings of fruits and veggies a day
cardio 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training

Counting calories makes you fat. Don't do it. Hoodia is ONLY a weight loss aid like green tea, apple cider vinegar, kelp, sunbathing (part of Trudeau's weight loss protocol) and enemas.
Nourish your body thin, instead of starving your body fat. Good carbs like celery and carrots will never make you fat. Bad carbs like cake will, but you don't need to know the whole science of glycemic load. You need to re-learn how to eat so you can become thin and healthy. Salt has no calories but makes you fat and burning more calories does not help this fatness.
Find out about fastest way to lose weight, most effective exercise, good and bad fats, water retention and secret trick used by models to flatten their tummy before an event. Reading a book will take you hours but the information on a post, taking minutes to read, is not enough. The webpage below has just enough to know what you need to know. Links page has gov. BMI calculator to find out just how much overweight you are (teens plug in your age to compare to others your age).
You can force your body to lose weight with not enough calories, but if you continue it, you will starve to death. With an abundance of healthy foods, you lose weight just as fast, but only until you reach your ideal weight. You can continue eating this way the rest of your life and always be at your ideal weight.

Sure, its possible - but that weight will just jump right back up once you start to eat again.
Eat a little more, work out a little more. Nothing is that important to put your body into a crash (yo-yo) diet. Its very unhealthy.

i'd work out more times per week, but for less time. and eat more.... also, it's not just "how many calories", it's what you are actually eating that counts too
