The kids should not be traumatized too much by going to a new school. My kids have made the change a couple of times, and it was not a problem for them. Is there something you can use as a "stable" factor in their lives? For example, a place of worship or a sports club? Of course, your own strength and love should be a constant that is stable for them. Don't let your anxiety trickle down to them. If you need to make a change, make it fun and new. Make it a chance to reinvent yourselves. Talk about exciting things like making new friends and decorating their new bedroom.
Do what you need to do as the parent to suit your personal and economic situation. Your own needs are stability, affordability, and practicality. The children's school should be the second concern, and you can turn it into a positive if they do need to change schools. They will pick up on your positive attitude.

Ahh, Don't be scared; there is alot of ways to find the help you need. I do not know what State or area you reside in, but if you look in either a shopper news paper or your daily paper,
usually there are assisted living houses, duplexes, and Apartments. These go off of or are beased on income. Another approach is a local church, talk to the pastor and share with him your concerns. You will be surprised. If you do decide to move, call the chamber of commerce where you are looking, they will give you valuable info on Jobs, housing, schools, ect. Praying for you, God Bless.

It sounds to me like you are probably getting ready for your breakthrough. It always appears darkest before the dawn. Persevere! and don't be afraid. Sometimes what WE think would be perfect for us really isn't. Trust that God will find the perfect place for you. He will find you a place that is even better than you could have dreamed. Pray to God what you should do. Maybe the best thing for you will mean moving your kids to another school. But only God can answer that.

I know the feeling, our lease ends at the end of this month and I have yet to find a house (we're renting for awhile).
I was seriously tense for awhile, even got all swelled up with high blood pressure, but I decided that I would let God worry about this one and just keep pressing on till I found a house. Each one I look at I try to see if I feel peace there. It's hard to do with the real estate agent hanging around, but I try to get a sense of whether this is the one God wants for us.
I hope that helps, knowing you aren't the only one and that it's okay to let God take that worry from you. Just keep doing what you know He wants you to do and let Him work out the details; I can promise from past experience that He always provides for us :)

Pray to God for guidance and strength through this time. Relax, and take it one step at a time. It's scary not knowing what's ahead, but God knows what is best for you and your family, and He will provide a way through this.

take a deep breath and reach down for some faith - in whatever you believe in. strength comes in its fullest form when you let go and trust. things will work out - you just won't see it if you let fear run the moments of your day.
