I would start by experimenting with flavors you're drawn to. Do you like sweet, spicy, salty, or sour? Then, start experimenting with foods that suit those tastes. From there, you may find certain food combinations that appeal to you.

Your weird!!! You just need to stop being so picky because being very picky doesn't really have anything to do with not eating at all. Well, maybe you should just go to a doctor and see why you don't like eating practically anything. If not you could try injecting food, lol, but that doesn't sound nice.

My step-mother was alot like that. She was so fussy about food. If she didn't like the sound of it then she wouldn't even try it. Like with blue vein cheese, she felt ewww...mould. But one day I made a blue cheese cheesecake which she loved, and now she is a dedicated blue cheese fan.
What I would suggest is going to a supermarket and just buying little bits of lots of things (or getting your mum to if you are still at home). If you try it and don't like it then you aren't wasting a lot. Then once you have an idea of what you may like you can then start experimenting.

i do no longer understand in case you have been to the wellbeing practitioner at the instant or no longer. purely in view which you're youthful and not fat would not recommend you're healthful. Your ldl cholesterol is probable in the process the roof. in case you prefer to bypass your wellbeing attempt workout, and decrease out butter, and fatty meals. there is healthful meals you like now which you probably did no longer like a 12 months in the past. Your style buds do substitute. I hated broccoli with a interest. Now i won't be in a position to get adequate of it. So definite.

Just try to keep an open mind about foods and be willing to try them. What I do when I want to try new foods is that I have someone make me something I want to try, then eat it with a blindfold on so I do not see it.

oh! that kinda happened to me too.
Pick a food that you don't LOVE, but you don't necessary LIKE very much. Eat as much or as little as you can stand every so often, and eventually, you won't mind the flavors. After all, i believe that your tastebuds changed every 2 weeks (dont quote me though!)
