as time goes by the stomach will shrink and you will naturally lose appetite . then you will lose the feeling of hunger or really you will not be able to tell when you are hungry anymore. happened to me.
as the person said above you take it until you binge (overeat) and then some may puke or take laxatives(purge) which is not called anerexia but bulimia.

Truthfully I think they thrive off of it. That feeling of control they create when they don't eat even though they are hungry it what makes them anorexic. It's a completely mental thing. They don't necessarily do it to be skinny but to control a part of their life.

no they just don't have enough money to afford food. lol. i used to have no appetite now i eat like a orphan.

They endure it. Until they cant take it anymore, then they eat a ton of food, then puke it up. That's what anorexia is.
