I have this friend. Shes my best friend and she likes me. Or at least I thought she did. She tried to ask me out twice but said that shes afraid if we broke up we would't be friends. What should I do?

If you like then go for it. If you dont try, you will never know. And it will leave you always questioning "what if..." that can be haunting. Take chances, sometimes they turn out wonderful.

I went out with this one guy, we were friends and then started dating, it didn't work out. but we are best of friends til this day. it took a while but we both realize that we were just better off being friends than anything else. If you two like each other go out. and stay friends, and if it builds up to be more than thats fine. you will never know unless you both try.

Well, I think that if you really like her you should give it a try. And if it doesn't work out, then it doesn't work out. If you guys are BEST friends like you say you are, then you wouldn't let a little thing like that get in the way of your friendship. Good luck! I hope everything goes well (:

If you like her too, then you should go out. Your relationship as friends would never be the same, but it's a worthy risk...think of what you could have if you tried to be more than friends.

well it depends. Do you like her? If you do, and she likes you back, then i don't see why theres no reason to not go out. But then again, you have to think about your relationship as friends. If you like her, do you like her enough to maybe lose your relationship as friends? You could try it for a few days or a week or two? And see how it is. :D

go out with her. i juss broke up with my bf like 2 hours ago at school. and when we broke up we jus were friends again. he gave me a piggy-back ride lol. trust me,you will be friends.

if you do yeah try to reassure her that even if you guys do break up that you two can remain good friends =]
