Something that is fool proof cause chicks dont seem to like me?

Only a fool would think any one thing is fool-proof. There is no such thing as a line that works with consistancy. In fact most women view a line as just that... Try being yourself. Nothing more and nothing less.

Speaking from the female point of view, sometimes not saying anything is best. Just good eye contact is. Don't stare of course, but I'm telling you being aloof makes girls more attracted to a guy. If you go up and ask for the time (make sure you're not wearing a watch! haha!) or something to do with where ever you're at is cool. Like if you're at the grocery store and you ask where the 'wine' section is located is cool. It sounds lame I know but you'd be surprised.
Just please DON'T use a line. It rarely works and the girl receiving it will only buy it if she has a great sense of humor.
But before all this, just say a prayer to God. :) Worked for me.

Yeah - lines DO NOT WORK. Keep it real be yourself. Be confident. Talk about something relevant to your atmosphere at the time. And be yourself.

I usually don't use a line and ask them a question instead and start a conversation, and later let her know if she would go someplace with me some time, and ask for her number EASY!!

dont freaky talk to her or make dirty comments to her.give her her space and make sure she is comftouble ok.ask her hi my name is _ and i wanted to know if you want to talk ,i saw you from_ and iwnted to get to know you atleast like friends.and if she likes it than do what you got to do to get her to fall for you ,be a gentlemen and sweet and if she says she has a boyfriend,thats just a excuse to get you away,so forget her u cant foce some one to talk to you
