do you mean 3rd degree burns?
these consist of 1st (sunburn), 2nd (blistering), and 3rd (charring) degrees burns. the patient would need call in the ER and most likely a burn or wound center. the pain would be minimal at the charring, but extraordinary everywhere else. the patient would need antibiotics and pain meds.
