Double click on the clock at right most corner of the Task Bar (at the bottom of your screen), a box box will appear, change the time according to your local time, Press OK button.... if it does not work than change the battary (Button Cell) in the CPU....

Go to your Control Panel and you will find "date and time" with a calendar and clock together as the icon. You can adjust your time from there. Either this or do as the second answerer says.

Right click on the time and follow the prompts. But, then you will have to do it again, when the original time change should have taken place. Remember, this was 3 weeks earlier.

Get the latest Microsoft updates...Daylight savings itself changed at the start of the week (3 weeks earlier now).
Go to http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com/ and get any updates pertaining to DST 2007.

click on my computer icon, click on time/date. change it. takes seconds tops. less time than to type this. and I'm almost computer outdated illiterate.!! :)
