Well stealing an apple (even though its just an apple) would be a grave sin because literlly in the 10 commandments it says thou shall not steal, but driving over the speed limit is still a sin it is not as grave unless the minister were to crash and cause other people to suffer or even die.....so really its all up to God.

You are right in a way. Yes, a sin is a sin. They are equal in the eyes of God. However, the consequences of sins on earth aren't the same. For you stealing the apple, you may never get caught. If the man that drew over the speed limit gets caught, he can owe a pretty hefty fine. The consequences for sins on earth aren't equal. If you murder someone, your consequences are great. However, the sin itself in the eyes of God are the same. You can still be forgiven.

Now, the other part of your question is about hell. This assumes that if you committ one sin then you will headed to hell. This isn't true. God is a God of grace and love. The spiritual consequence for our sins is the sacrifice that Christ made on the cross. If you accept that sacrifice, then the spiritual consequence for your sins are paid for in full.

Everyone can repent, thanks to the Atonement. Everyone will sin, because no one is perfect.

Neither the apple nor the speed limit violation are severe sins, but if you know to repent, and you don't, and then you repeat the sin, then you are driving down the wrong road faster than the minister in your scenario.

My eternal salvation is worth more to me than an apple or a melted ice cream, so I would be for repenting.

Interesting question. To which there is a simple answer.
Christ Jesus died for all sin, past, present, future, known sin, unknown sin, repented sin, unrepented sin, etc. His blood is Holy and covers all offenses to those who believe in and worship Him. Thats the entire message of the Bible.
Those who are saved, and who continue in living in sin, can and will be chastised by God while living on this earth and they may also lose "Crowns" or eternal privileges in heaven.
Sin only has power over those who reject Christ Jesus.
God Bless You....Peace.

i'm no longer a fundamentalist or a "demanding-middle Christian." even in spite of the shown fact that, i think of you ought to sense this way as a results of shown fact which you're an atheist and don't comprehend the Lord as we do. once you like somebody, you prefer to guard your Love. you will arise on your love. What am i able to do to alter your concept? i'm able to do no longer something. i'm particular you have us take all the insults thrown at us and stay silent as quickly as we are advised how idiotic we are. whilst somebody asks a query people, might you have us stay silent besides? I quite have seen that take place; we are mocked for that, too. I say this with the utmost appreciate and sincerity. i do no longer think of we are in a position to do something to fulfill some people. we are condemned from the beginning up. Have a competent afternoon.

I like the term "hard-core Christians"! God is no respecter of persons. What He does for one He will do for the other. I doubt unless you willfully, to prove a point against God, steal an apple every day just to prove a point if you will burn in hell. i could be wrong, but I pray that I am not.

Oooops, im not a hard core christian, why am i answering this question? If you believe in hell, then when you sin, you are already there. Basically, you have just done something wrong, tell the apple owner your sorry and move on.

You have no idea what Christianity truly is.

You would do well to spend some in study before you ask questions.

There isn't enough space or time for me to give the complete answer to your question.
